Thanks for the Easter greeting. I'm glad you had a nice break. We enjoyed our celebrating, complete with a homemade lemon pie my husband made (after I separated the eggs for him.) :-)

Thank you both! The pie sounds yummy! How fun your husband will cook! I made Belgian waffles from scratch. Good but there was a learning curve on the first one!
we don't have belgian waffles here really - I'm always intrigued when I see those waffle irons on american tv shows!
